March 14, 2013 | adminYou are invited to attend this informal town hall style meeting to discuss the direction of the Coliseum & Capital Exhibit Centre Complex.
Our goal is to increase and improve the use of the facility, and it is the people who live here who will be the beneficiaries of the changes. We urge you to come to the meeting to learn about and contribute to what’s happening in 2013. We will have an update on the Coliseum project planning and fund-raising as well as a question & answer opportunity.
Come out and express your opinion how the facility can better benefit you, your family, your organization or your business. You have a say in how we make the facility and the FREX better. Your voice is important to us.

Trudeau Mania comes to Fredericton with the Justin Trudeau Tour, noon hour Tuesday February 26th.
Everyone is welcome to attend the Rally and hear Justin speak of what his Leadership means to the Liberal Party and to Canada.
Come to the Exhibition Grounds on your lunch hour. There is ample parking and lots of seating in the Capital Exhibit Centre.
The Rally is open to the public.

Here’s how to participate in our weekly modified 50/50 draw:
Step 1: Ask the staff at the Gold Box location for a form. Fill out a form to receive a GOLD RUSH number.
The number on the form is your PERMANENT number
Step 2: Insert your completed form in the slot on the GOLD RUSH box
Step 3: Take the gold label supplied, put it on your TOONIE, write your number on the TOONIE
and insert it into the GOLD RUSH box
Step 4: Please play every week, so that you have a chance to win.

New Year’s Eve Party

We have big plans to ring in the New Year at the Exhibition Grounds this month. It will be a big party and we expect the hottest party in town with two very popular local bands. The doors open at 8pm. Mandy Silk and Overdrive kick the evening off on stage 9pm to 11pm then Cookshack takes us to midnight and beyond, keeping the party going till 2am.
This is going to be a fun evening with a blend of country music and southern rock. The Capital Exhibit Centre will be decorated for the season and will feature our large show stage, a big dance floor, professional sound and lights, quality new year’s hats and noise makers, and of course a huge balloon drop at midnight!
Save $10 and purchase advance tickets for only $30.
Tickets at the door will be $40. Table seating and must be drinking age to attend.
